admission overview

Admissions are invited in the month of April every year as per the extent of seats falling vacant after the twelfth standard passes out in March. We are dedicated to replicating the composition of our nation, in terms of regional, ethnic, social, financial and professional diversity at micro level . As per the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act of Parliament (RTE), 25% of seats in our first intake class are reserved for children of underprivileged groups in the neighborhood.

We are also committed to maintaining a healthy balance of boys & girls. This would be fruitless if we do not encourage parents to provide their daughters equal opportunity for a scholarly education. At the same time we welcome the children of our Alumni , who have been true hearted, reassuring and have played an important role in the growth and development of this institution.

Any requests for other preferential treatment are not entertained. Only in rare and exceptional cases, the School Management reserves the right to exercise its discretion in the matter of admissions. The student is also required to pass a medical fitness test.

The School Management reserves  the right to admit or repudiate pupils seeking admission to the school without furnishing any reasons whatsoever. Similarly, the management decides when the question of retaining a student in school arises. The School reserves the right to switch its Admission procedure from time to time without notice.

The School offers respective Scholarships every year to the meritorious and deserving students studying in Maa Anandmayee Memorial School. We bestow our best endeavor to increase the number of Scholarships every year so that children from all social echelon can relish the quality education this institution extends.
